"I attend everything and still go home alone."
A Circle of six to eight
You are placed with a small group who meet every week, learn your name, and notice the week you are not there.
Launching this weekend
Circles by Usrah places you in a small weekly circle of six to eight people who will learn your name, notice your absence, grow with you, and serve alongside you. This is what an usrah was always meant to feel like.

Why this exists
None of them mean anything is wrong with you. They mean you've had events, when what you needed was people.
"I attend everything and still go home alone."
A Circle of six to eight
You are placed with a small group who meet every week, learn your name, and notice the week you are not there.
"Whatever I feel on Friday is gone by Tuesday."
The Brief, every week
One short lesson, three honest questions, one promise you make out loud. Your Circle asks you about it seven days later.
"Nobody would notice if I quietly stopped coming."
Someone follows up
Miss two weeks and your Host checks in — not to scold you, just because you were missed.
"I don't have friends who care about what I care about."
Matched by what moves you
Your interests, life stage and city shape which Circle you land in, so the friendship is not an accident.
"I want my life to count for something bigger."
Amal Day and a shared cause
Every season ends with the whole community serving one cause together. You choose which one moves you most.
"I have nothing to offer anyone."
The Co-Host pathway
Within one season you can be trained to hold space for others. Most people discover they were ready long before they believed it.
How a Circle works
Same evening, same people, every week. Nothing to prepare, nothing to prove. Six to eight Circlers, one Host, one Co-Host in training.
Arrive & check in
One word for your week. One small win.
Reflect
The lesson everyone heard, discussed honestly.
Apply
Where does this meet my actual life this week?
Commit & close
One promise each, then a short du'a together.
Weekly
Circle Sync
70 minutes, same evening every week. In person by default, online when life demands it.
Monthly
The Gathering
All Circles together for the live lesson, then twenty minutes back in your own Circle.
Seasonally
Amal Day
One day of service on the cause we chose together, closing with a shared meal.
Room to grow
Every Circle carries a Co-Host in training. That means within one season, ordinary Circlers become the people who welcome the next stranger in. Nobody is thrown in alone — you always lead beside someone who already does.
Start as a CirclerCircler
You show up, you're known, you rotate the light roles.
Timekeeper, Scribe and Connector rotate around the Circle so everyone holds something small.
Co-Host
You're being trained to lead, beside someone who already does.
Named in week 1, leading the check-in by week 4, leading a full session monthly from week 6.
Host
You open and hold a Circle of your own — never alone.
You follow up with anyone who misses two weeks, and you always have a Co-Host in training.
Hub Lead
You coach four to six Hosts and run the monthly Gathering.
A short weekly huddle with your Hosts keeps every Circle held.
A Circle of six to eight, matched to your city, life stage and interests. You'll be welcomed by name on day one.
The Brief each week, discussed honestly, ending in one promise you actually keep — because someone will ask.
Choose the cause that moves you. Every season we serve it together on Amal Day, then eat together.
